1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enroll. If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Enrollments and Attendance

Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to reschedule or substitute instructors. Attendance expectations are provided upon enrollment.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered. Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the start date, minus processing fees. After the start date, refunds are not guaranteed and may be prorated at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
• No recording classes without explicit permission.
• No sharing proprietary materials without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Course materials are owned by EmoteVault Conservatory or licensed. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.

8. Health and Safety

You agree to notify us of any relevant health considerations. Intensity scaling and consent-based practices are mandatory in movement and intimacy work.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee bookings, representation, or specific outcomes. Training improves skills; results vary by individual effort and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmoteVault Conservatory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the applicable course.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will reflect modifications.
